This Privacy Policy explains how Bisse.fi, operated by RNN Group Oy, processes customers’ personal data when they use Bisse.fi services. Bisse.fi is owned by RNN Group Oy (Business ID: 3091611-6). Personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

  • providing the Bisse.fi service and additional services, communicating with customers, partners, and authorities where necessary, and fulfilling other purposes required by law;

Personal data is processed on the basis of the Service User’s authorisation and consent, provided when registering for the Bisse.fi service, in accordance with the Terms for the Processing of Personal Data.

Providing personal data is voluntary when the Service User registers with Bisse.fi. However, the requested information is necessary to use the features of the Bisse.fi services. The Service User provides the information when registering with Bisse.fi and, where necessary, by telephone, during a meeting, or by email. In addition, Bisse.fi may use personal data available from public sources where necessary to provide the service.

Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Terms for the Processing of Personal Data. The following information is stored in the Bisse.fi register:

  • Contact details (telephone number and email address)

  • Occupation
  • Personal identity code
  • Tax information
  • Payroll-related information
  • Customer details (information about Clients) and assignment-related information

  • A copy of an identity document, where necessary

Personal data is kept confidential and protected by passwords and appropriate technical safeguards on a server operated by Bisse.fi or one of its service providers. Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, but no longer than 10 years from the customer’s most recent use of the service, unless the customer has withdrawn their consent to the processing of their data. The register is stored on a secure server and can be accessed only by the data controller and technical administrators authorised by the data controller. At the request of a customer or data subject, Bisse.fi will provide a copy of the data subject’s personal data without undue delay.
